Tariff and Extra Charges:
  • All extra charges billed based on your usage for KM and/or Hours over the initial booking will include levy of applicable GST. The rate applicable for each extra KM and/or Hour are shared in the confirmation voucher.
  • For NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Jaipur, Pune, Kolkata, Amritsar, Indore, Trivandrum the KM and Hour(s) usage will be calculated based on the distance from your pick-up point and back to the pick-up point. Hence the distance and/or Hours used from your drop location to the pickup location will be added to your usage if they are different. You will be charged for extra KM and/or Hour if the usage exceeds the initial booking limits. Any applicable Toll and State taxes for return trip (back to the pickup location) will also be applicable and need to be paid to the driver at the drop location when the trip is ended. However, for luxury cars (like Honda City, Accord, Camry, Mercedes, etc.) the KM and Hour(s) usage will be calculated based on the distance starting from the garage and ending back at the garage.
  • For all other cities, the KM and Hour(s) usage will be calculated starting from the Garage and ending back at the Garage. You will be charged for extra KM and/or hour if the usage exceeds the initial booking limits. Any applicable Toll and State taxes for return trip (back to the Garage) will also be applicable and need to be paid to the driver at the drop location when the trip is ended.
  • In case of pick-up from Airport, if the driver has parked in the airport parking or if the airport has a pickup charge (like Indira Gandhi International Airport at Delhi), the airport charges will have to be paid to the concerned authorities as per actuals. Please collect the receipt directly from the authorities or the driver as Savaari will not be responsible for this receipt.
  • For driving between 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, an additional allowance will be applicable and is to be paid to the driver. This is also subject to applicable GST.
  • All road toll fees, parking charges, state taxes etc. are charged extra and need to be paid to the concerned authorities as per actuals. Please collect the receipts for these directly from the authorities or the driver wherever applicable. These will not be included in the Savaari bill and Savaari is not responsible for these receipts if not taken during trip. Please note any handling charge levied will not be part of the receipt that you will get.
  • The usage allowed is ONLY within city limits. If your usage would take you outside of city limits, outstation rates may apply. Please check with our executives if there is any confusion regarding the places you will be visiting fall within city limits or not..
  • Cancellations and Changes in Itinerary:
  • In case of change of plans, please cancel the booking 24 Hours in advance. This will free the car and will help other passengers avail Savaari′s services. It is important to note that we do not support cancellations through our website or through email. Please reach out to our call center (90 4545 0000) or on orders@savaari.com to proceed with cancellation..
  • Savaari reserves to cancel the trip with minimum 4 Hours of advance notice in case of exigencies or external circumstances beyond Savaari′s control. These could be local strike, bandh, curfews, natural calamities or even an unsupported pickup location..
  • If the booking is cancelled within 6 hours of the pick up time or you do not show up at the designated pick-up location without any prior intimation given to Savaari, the booking will be considered a NO SHOW. In such a scenario, Savaari reserves the right to deduct appropriate amount up to 100% of advance payment to compensate the driver partner for his business loss.
  • While we take a lot of efforts to maintain our cars, a breakdown during trip though rare is still a possibility. The reasons could include (but not restricted to) an accident on the road for no fault of our driver or the car developing some mechanical fault. In such a case, we will do our best to provide you an alternate within half an hour. The driving time for the alternate car to reach your location will be over and above the half an hour we would take to find an alternate. In the event you decide not to wait for the alternate car or we are not able to find an alternate, we will settle for the trip completed so far as per the terms below.
  • 1. If the break down has happened within 40 KM of you boarding the cab, you won't be charged anything.

    2. If the break down has happened over 40 KM of you boarding the cab, you will be charged only for 40KM irrespective of your Hours and KM usage. Please, pay the driver for the KM travelled at the rate of the extra km provided in your voucher. This is to take care of part of the costs incurred by the driver for your trip.

For example, if your selected car type is ‘Toyota Etios or equivalent’, any of the similar car models like, Toyota Etios, Suzuki Dzire, Mahindra Verito, Hyundai Accent etc. will be provided based on availability..
  • AC will be switched off while driving in hilly areas. This is to ensure that the engine has sufficient power to climb the hill.
  • There is thorough check done before the car is assigned for your trip. However, there are instances though rare where the AC stops working because of some mechanical snag. In such a case, you will get a FLAT 15% discount on your final bill.
  • At the end of the trip, please check and take all your belongings with you. In case you have lost your belongings inside the vehicle, we will try our best to locate the items but are not responsible for the loss or damage.
  • Savaari reserves the right to charge the customer for any intentional or unintentional damage done to the exterior or interior of the car.
  • Any extra cash that you have given to the driver needs to be collected from the driver by yourself. Savaari will not be responsible for such reimbursements.
  • Drinking and Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the car. You are expected to ask the driver to stop the car for you smoking breaks.

  • To keep transfers economical, Drivers are advised not to use airport parking but wait close by to the airport. Hence it may take up to 30 mins for the car to pick you up from the time you have confirmed your arrival to the driver.
  • If your flight is delayed, 30 mins wait from the pickup time is allowed free of cost. There will be additional charges of Rs 100 per Hour of waiting beyond this up to 3 Hours. Post that the booking will be auto-cancelled and it will be considered as No Show by you.

  • The total price displayed on the site includes all applicable government taxes. In case of increase in the fare in the issuance of the Air ticket , due to airlines, miscalculation in amount due to server error and from the banks payment gateway issue then Sarvartravels reserves the right to cancel the ticket and forfeit the amount received as cancellation Charges.
  • The difference of amount should be paid to Sarvar Umrahs India Pvt. Ltd after the communication from Sarvartravels to avoid any discomfort.
  • You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
  • To get any infant’s ticket issued, the age of infant must be below 2 yrs and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they re checking in, and remember that the infant must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old.
  • You can book no more than one infant per adult. To avail infant fares; the infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the entire itinerary that you’re booking.
  • If the age of infant is 24 months or above then you need to book a separate booking as a child.To get any child ticket issued, the age of child must in between 2-12 years and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they re checking in, and remember that the child must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years oldAll the tickets/bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines/Supplier.
  • Company is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of flights from airline's end.If ticket is cancelled directly from the airlines web site , office or call centre , customer needs to inform Sarvartravels.com for the refund to be processed. Please note that Sarvartravels.com do not get any alert from airlines directly.
  • Flight Amendment & Cancellation Policy:
  • Every booking made on Sarvartravels is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary with respect to flight and booking class.
  • Sarvartravels.com levies negligible amount of 300 Rs. per passenger/per sector for domestic and 500 Rs. per passenger/per sector for international air tickets as cancellation service charges.
  • Any insurance fee is non refundable.
  • Convenience fees are non-refundable in all cases.
  • Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific airline’s policy.
  • Some bookings cannot be cancelled partially as per the specific airline’s policy.
  • Cancellations can be made online or offline through Mybooking section or by sending an email to Sarvartravels We assist you in making various amendments for bookings.
  • In few cases, you need to contact the airline directly.
  • Amendment charges on Sarvartravels.com are subject to change as per the policy of the airline, which varies due to flight timings and booking class.
  • To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, Sarvartravels recommends customer to contact directly to the Airlines and after that, send the cancellation request on our website for refunds.
  • In case of no-show or unutilized bookings, the customers are required to make requests for any valid refunds, as per the defined policies, within 180 days from the travel date in case of air/ rail/ cab/ bus tickets and/or the date of check-in for hotel bookings.
  • No refund would be payable for requests raised after the expiry of 180 days of travel date/ check-in as aforementioned and all unclaimed amounts for such no-show or unutilized bookings shall accordingly be deemed to have been forfeited.
  • For cancellation requests received, the refund shall be processed at the earliest once request is received.
  • In case of direct cancellation through airlines, refunds shall be processed post deduction of airline charges along with our service charge.
  • All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider. Please note convenience fee charged at the time of booking is not refundable.
  • Holidays Amendment & Cancellation Policy:
  • For cancellations before 60 Days or more of the date of departure, 25% of the tour cost (if full paid) will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations before 30 Days of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations before 15 Days of departure, 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • Refund Policy:
  • Sarvartravels will process the refund only after getting cancellation request/claim from the customer/travel agent/corporate company through mybooking section or email.
  • Refund against the cancellation of air tickets will be credited directly in customers mode of payment after receiving the refund amount from the Airlines.
  • Sarvartravels will process refund within 72 only after receiving it from the concerned Airlines/hotel/transporter/other suppliers.
  • Due to Banking Procedures, Refund in credit cards may take duration of 72 hours while it may take 7 days in case of net banking transactions
  • Wallet amount once used for any transaction the remaining amount in the wallet cannot be transferred to your bank account. However, can be used for future booking with us.
  • Refunds in cases where Airlines/Hotel is declared as Insolvent or Bankrupt:
  • Sarvartravels shall not be liable to pay any refunds whatsoever in cases where the Airlines/Hotel closes its operations or declares itself as insolvent
  • The customers or clients or agents shall not hold the Sarvartravels liable to pay the refunds as assured at the time of booking of ticket in cases where the Airlines/Hotel closes its operation or declares itself as insolvent.
  • On the basis of assurity given by airlines/hotels/suppliers, Sarvartravels may sometimes refund amount to the customer but Sarvartravels reserves the right to recover the refunded amount on event of Airlines/hotels getting shut down/non-operational/bankrupt.
